In Analysis Services 2000 there is a simple way to get DRILLTHROUGH from the CUBE. To set drillthrough it is enough to select “Drillthrough Options” from “Tools”.

In Drillthrough Options check Enable drillthrough and Check the fact table columns below with you want to get in drillthrough result table.

In Analysis Services 2005 There is no Drillthrough Options and you can’t return in drillthrough columns from fact table.

But you may create the drillthrough action with returns the attributes of a dimension. To get the same result as columns from the fact table, you have to create degenerate dimension with the attributes that you want to get (Even the column which is a key from the fact table). If you create the drillthrough action with returns selected attributes from the degenerate dimension and set this action as default, You will have the same result as the drillthrough action in SSAS 2000.
